Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress has been made to your order specifications. Try on your dress as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.Please contact us first if there's any fault , we will do our best resolve the question for you.

We give a  refund for quality problems  or misshipped desses. Please read this policy carefully if you need to return your order. This is our Detailed Standard Return Policy:

1. Call Customer Service for a defective item return.

• If there is a quality problem and you want to apply for a refund, please upload some persuasive pictures or video, once it is verified, you can send the item back to us (customer commits the shipping cost),and we will give you a full refund of the item.

2. Returned items must be in new condition.

• Please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached, no smoke scents, no makeup stains .
• 3. Returns for Exchange
• Return Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges. If you believe an error was made in your order, please contact Customer Service.
• Items returned for exchange: If the desired item is out of stock, the return will be treated as a return for refund. we will issue a refund (less the original shipping charges or $30) and you will receive an email notification.

Returns For Refund

• Return Shipping Charges: Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. If you believe an error was made in your order, please contact Customer Service.
• Items returned for refund: Items returned for refund that were sent with Free EMS shipping will be refunded less the shipping cost, approximately $30.

4.   The dress must send back within 2 days after you received .

5.  AAAweddingdress.com cannot give a  refund for quality problems such as:
“The product does not look like the ones in your picture.”
“The product is not what I’d imagine it to be.
“I am not satisfied with this product.”
 

NOTE: Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise. Please allow as much as two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. We recommend using an insured parcel service (i.e. UPS or EMS) for all returns.

* Size Issues

As all of our dresses are hand-sewn refer to our standard size, the finished gown may vary by approximately 2 cm in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your item will still fit you perfectly, our tailors will adjust size for you if you provide your measurement.

* Color Mismatch

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on our website. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact our sales to see if a return or refund is possible.
